They were made to fit my dining chairs - spindles and all. They have lovely deep ruffles. And they make me smile.
I wanted to paint the old dining furniture white, but DH did not like the idea. (There is more than one way to skin a cat!) I hope you all know what I mean by that :)
This is the before pic. Nasty looking, aren't they. DH seems to have the idea they are some kind of valuable antiques that should not be painted over the wood. I have heard that alot of men are the same way. **smiles**

I love your chair covers and I know exactly what you mean about our men. Mine is the same way. He is a cabinet builder and can't figure out why a person would want to paint stained wood white! lol But he indulges me and doesn't bat an eye...usually! Happy WW!!

Pamela you are so funny! Your slipcovers are lovely, completely transform the look of the chairs. I also have a "natural" wood guy, but I get away with the smaller stuff. My new chairs I just bought, however, will become white!
Would love to know more about your new thrift store..when...where...
